Location: The Hague, Netherlands (Onsite)

Requirements:
• Recent experience (less than 3 years old) in Project management of C4ISR acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization
• Experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour, preferably SNOW Relevant experience in project administration (resource management, project financing and budgeting) Training/Certifications: A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP
• The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domainExperience: Relevant experience in leading a cross functional team, preferably in international environment Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Risk Management certification (e.g. APMG Management of Risks)

Duties:
• The IWC Junior Project Manager will act as Co-Project Manager on a number of projects supporting the assigned Senior or Principal PM
• Supports the definition, documentation and successful completion of projects including transition into the operations
• Monitors costs, times, quality and resources used and takes action where these exceed agreed tolerances
• Applies appropriate project management methods and tools
• Applies effective project monitoring and control processes, change control, risk management and quality processes
• Identifies risks and vulnerabilities, assesses their impact and probability, develops mitigation strategies and reports to the business
• Acts as a routine contact point between the organisation and suppliers concerning contract management
• Supports the collection of contract performance data
• Creates standard reports on contract performance
